- Cash or check (no credit cards)
- Parent or guardian
Road Test
- Social security number
- Instruction permit
- Proof of insurance for the vehicle to be used in the road test
- Proof of driver education
- Parent or guardian
- Check or cash (no credit cards)
- Vehicle to take the test. The doors must open from both the
inside and outside. Seat belts must work properly. The headlights,
taillights, turn signals, and brake lights must be in working
order.
